About the Position:
A Recruiter Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, submitting candidates, and closing deals with healthcare professionals for contract assignments within hospitals and other healthcare facilities.

What You'll Do:
Qualify candidates through consultative selling techniques.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates with varying specialties and qualifications within the industry.
Manage relationships with all departments to ensure continuity of service with candidates.
Take provided warm leads and successfully close deals to fill open job orders.
Be a direct recruiter sourcing referrals not a job consultant that needs job boards.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in recruiting, inside sales, outbound calls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications required.
Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 annually
